Molds

Finally molds are all cut out:) The quality is...the best I can do at the moment ;) Still they look symmetrical enough plus the strips bend will probably correct some of the unevenness.

Strips and molds

Finally after the winter things are moving on. Actually the strips were cut already in autumn 2007 but as there was not place where to build in the cold then things game into a halt for the winter. Strip quality is not the best but hopefully theres enough good ones in the pile that I can use.

Yesterday I draw down the molds onto a piece of sawdust plate (hope it's called so). And started cutting the molds. But as I had a really cheap saber saw the gearing inside broke. I managed to cut only 8 molds out of 12. Today I'll try to get a new saw and continue the job. Hope to get some pics also here soon.
